Good riddance 2009
01. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
Went all the way to London ALL ON MY OWN. Which might not sound like a lot to you, but for me it was a huge step to independence.
02. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yes, I would say I did pretty well with my resolutions. I procrastinated less and got a hell of a lot done in the process, and I learnt to manage my money a whole lot better. And no I won't bother making resolutions again next year. I only forget them by February.

Success. With a number of different things.

Hate is probably a bit strong, but I felt badly hurt by people that I trusted with my whole heart and that I don't forgive. Dislike would be more appropriate.
26. What was the best book you read?
Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. I only wish I'd not been such a silly billy and read it sooner.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Probably just Paloma Faith. I mostly just listen to the same old music I've always listened to.

Music and my art, especially the two together.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Still Robert Downey Jr.
35. What was your favorite video game of the year?

Sarah. But she chose to take sides.
38. Who was the best new person you met?
All my friends from Pleasure Island as they taught me alot about myself (often without realising it).
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009:
That Dory's right: You gotta just keep swimming and it'll all turn out and fall into place eventually.
40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:
Smile, though your heart is aching
Smile even though its breaking
When there are clouds in the sky,
You'll get by
If you smile,
Through your fear and sorrow
Smile, and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through
For you
Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear
May be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile.
